I woke up to find an early morning visitor resting on our gate, a lovely Cockatoo!
Jessie was going crazy, the bird did not seem to mind, he was well out of the way. After a little chat and breakfast and many photo's later he fell asleep, stayed a few hours more and then flew away. I have nick named him Oz.
He has been nesting in my nabours front garden for a few days now, did you know that they live for over a hundred years. So please if you are thinking of owning a bird, check how long they live, because if they outlive you your relitives may not want them and once relised into the wild they do not survive.
