Painting is very relaxing, I usually start by choosing a subject that I feel drawn to and usually can not wait to get started. I usualy put a lot of myself into each painting, when I do this my painting just flows and I can see this in the finished product.
I encourage ladies and Gents to Have a go at Folk Art, the rewards are worth the effort.
