We had a great time on Saturday at the Rivers & Mountains meeting, our guest teacher was Janice McCurrie, we painted a small scene by Janice who let us all through a free hand painting class. It was a quick lesson, and a worth while one. After looking around the finished pieces, they all looked different; we all put our own style into the picture. Thankyou Janice for a joyfull workshop.

Our next meeting will be on the 14th November, the last one for the year. We will be  making three Christmas cards with Susan Wynn. We will be using paper craft for this project,  the cards are very different from the traditional Christmas theme, and should appeal to all age groups.
