Wishing everyone a great 2015

Just look at these lovely azalea's, with all the rain we have had we had a full cover of flowers  about 2 months ago. They are south facing, against a wall. This plant catches the morning sun, it is the only spot in our garden that we can grow azaleas. The lower two photograph shows two grass parrots that I found on our doorstep in Sawtell caravan park, they stayed around for a while and as I was feeding them they came right up to me and fed from my hand.

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and I hope the new year to bring you some peace within, God bless. Lyn.

In the new year I will be joining a workshop with Kate Bolton, we will be learning new techniques as well as painting a lovely painting, we have 3 paintings to choose from, i will be painting gum trees. I will let you know how i go!
